If you arrived from a date query, the answer is 20 August 2026 at 9:00 AM PT with the Main Quest live. If you arrived from a cost query, Reloaded is a title update on Black Ops 7, not a paid map SKU. When does Rex Infernus release?
Rex Infernus ships with Season 05 Reloaded on August 20 at 9:00 AM PT. The Main Quest is playable at that same moment. The host is Black Ops 7 on PlayStation, Xbox, Battle.net, Steam, and Game Pass. Steam app 3606480 is the PC listing, originally launched 13 November 2025. Reloaded is a title update, not a separate map SKU.
Is Rex Infernus the last Black Ops 7 Zombies map?
First-party copy calls it the next and final Round-Based Zombies map in Black Ops 7. That wording is specific to Round-Based. It does not, by itself, rule out a later Survival playlist. This dossier does not convert that sentence into a promise about every future Zombies mode in the host game.
Do I need to buy Rex Infernus separately?
Official pages treat Rex Infernus as Season 05 Reloaded content on Black Ops 7, not a paid map SKU. GameRant states it is free for owners via the title update. If you already own the host on PlayStation, Xbox, Battle.net, Steam, or Game Pass, you install Reloaded; you do not buy a second Rex Infernus product row.
Is the Main Quest live at launch?
Yes. Official blog and patch notes say the Main Quest is available when the map releases at 9:00 AM PT on August 20. You do not wait on a later quest hotfix according to those two first-party pages. Directed Mode is the thing that is later, not the quest itself.
Is Directed Mode in the Reloaded drop?
No. Completing the Main Quest before Directed Mode arrives awards a unique Calling Card variant, which only makes sense if Directed Mode is later. There is no first-party date for that playlist. If you want the variant, finish the three official goals before Directed Mode ships for this map.
What is the new Wonder Weapon called?
Official English, French, Japanese, and Chinese blogs never print an in-game proper name. They only confirm a new Wonder Weapon and the Bloodthorn skin. Competitor wikis label dual Dark Aether crossbows Warden’s Blight; that spelling is observed, not first-party. This site does not create a Blight slug.
How does Cursed mode change the map?
Official rules: no Main Quest guidance, limited HUD, starting Pistol. Cursed is still Rex Infernus. You still face the Warden’s horde. You lose quest widgets and HUD information and you start on a Pistol. Open Map Systems for the trap and camo rows without burying those three Cursed rules.
Which platforms get Rex Infernus?
It ships as a Black Ops 7 title update. Official hub lists PlayStation, Xbox, Battle.net, Steam, and Game Pass for the host game. Steam API confirms Windows. PlayStation 4/5 and Xbox One / Series X|S are the console pairs. There is no separate Rex Infernus store SKU in this capture.
